Who we are
I’m Sam. I am a qualified Humanistic Existential Counsellor and a Trauma-Informed Practitioner. My work is grounded in the belief that each person holds the potential for growth, change, and a deeper understanding of themselves, even in the most difficult of times.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with young people aged 16–21, supporting them through a range of challenges. While this has given me a rich foundation of experience, I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds. What matters most to me is meeting you as an individual, without assumptions, and walking alongside you as you explore what’s important in your life.
In my practice, I aim to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can bring whatever feels most pressing—whether that’s trauma, anxiety, identity, relationships, or simply a sense of feeling “stuck.” Together, we can make sense of your experiences and find ways forward that feel authentic to you.
Counselling is not about fixing or giving answers—it’s about connection, reflection, and building the confidence to navigate life on your own terms. My role is to listen, support, and accompany you in that process.
If you’d like to know more about how I work or whether I might be the right counsellor for you, I’d be glad to have an initial conversation.
